We install American-built courts and select imported courts, chosen for the facility and how it will be programmed. Depending on the project, we can take on any or all of this, or work alongside your architect and general contractor.

Questions
What clubs and developers ask
Can we put padel courts on an existing tennis court?
Often, yes, but the existing court almost always needs some modification. It depends on what the court was built from, its condition and a few other factors. An asphalt court typically needs added foundations to carry the padel structure. A post-tensioned concrete court can work, but anchoring is limited until we know where the cables run. A site visit usually answers both. One tennis court footprint can also hold more than padel: a padel court running the same direction as the tennis court, with a pickleball court set perpendicular beside it.
How far apart do padel courts need to be?
ASBA recommends at least 2 m (about 6.5 ft) between courts for recreational play, for out-of-court play, access and safety. Competition facilities need more. For larger multi-court facilities, we work through the layout with you.
What documents can you provide for permitting?
We prepare the design package your town reviews: CAD drawings, foundation details, structural specifications and ASCE 7 wind load engineering. Engineer-stamped drawings are available as an added service. Requirements are very local and vary from town to town.
Do you maintain courts after installation?
Yes. We offer maintenance on courts we build, including surface, glass, structural checks and lighting.
What kind of courts do you install?
American-built courts, and select imported courts depending on the situation.
What if the project includes tennis or pickleball courts?
Yes. Through our parent company, Cape and Island Tennis & Track, we also build tennis courts, pickleball courts and running tracks. If padel is part of a larger racquet sports project, we can take on the whole project.
